Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Merchandising Associate for a fast-growing DTC furniture and home goods brand. You will manage day-to-day operations of Shopify and Contentful, ensure on-time launches, and maintain product pages that reflect brand standards.

You will assist with product launches, perform pre-publish QA, and manage catalogs across Contentful and Shopify. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a DTC ecommerce site, digital merchandising, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to grasp new concepts across platforms and ask questions when needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform (Shopify) and CMS (Contentful) to ensure on-time launches and accurate product representation.
• Assist with product launches by uploading images and content and building product/listing pages ahead of launch.
• QA all site content before publishing, checking links, imagery, copy, and fidelity to design files.
• Manage product catalog in Contentful and Shopify, ensuring images, descriptions, and metadata align.
• Support merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and listing experiences.
• Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content and landing pages via CMS.
• Conduct site audits for seasonal events, fixing broken links and merchandising gaps.
• Collaborate with logistics, marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and customer service to drive sales and site optimization.
