Job summary

D2B is seeking a motivated eCommerce Specialist for a 100% remote role from the Philippines. You will manage, optimize, and grow online sales across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in eCommerce, experience with NZ or AU accounts, strong analytics (GA), and skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Experience handling New Zealand or Australian accounts.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including email, paid ads, and SEO.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including paid ads and email marketing.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversions, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
Coordinate inventory, promotions, and fulfillment with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve store performance using CRO strategies.
Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices.
Provide reports on sales and campaign performance to management.
