Qualifications

• Experience in customer service for ecommerce brands.
• Experience managing subscriptions and orders.
• Experience moderating a Facebook group.
• Strong written communication and organization.
• Available to work full-time, 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messages.
• Manage subscriptions, orders, and billing adjustments.
