You will handle orders, inquiries, and campaign updates, collaborating with teammates to maintain excellent CSAT scores while adapting quickly to evolving workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer support experience in an e-commerce setting.
• Hands-on experience with Re:amaze and Shopify (Required).
• Excellent written customer-centric communication skills in English.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to constant campaign updates.
• Strong work etiquette, reliability, and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic customer service across email and chat channels.
• Process e-commerce customer requests, order tracking, and account inquiries via Re:amaze and Shopify.
• Adapt quickly to continuous campaign updates, client instructions, and evolving support workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
