Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst I for remote work based in Mexico. You will support data analysis, inventory management and reporting to enhance sales operations and customer service efficiency.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Sales teams, perform year-end Mexico inventory cycles, and help standardize processes and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or related analytical role.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with critical thinking.
• Attention to detail and process discipline.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and manage sales operations data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Support inventory reviews and investigate discrepancies in balances and usage reporting.
• Assist with year-end inventory cycle counts and Mexico inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards and process documents.
• Support forecasting, backlog management and operational planning activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales and other stakeholders to support operations.
• Investigate and resolve data, inventory and process discrepancies.
• Contribute to data quality, process standardization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Perform critical analysis to support business decisions and performance objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
