Responsibilities

• Oversee supplies operations and fulfillment for nurse entrepreneurs.
• Register new accounts eligible to use the platform.
• Monitor orders and payments on the platform.
• Place supplier orders and reconcile with platform data daily.
• Provide email support to resolve lost or misrouted orders.
• Escalate serious issues to a manager.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in ad hoc testing and data entry.
