PeoplePartners Inc. is seeking a US Marketing Coordinator – Content & Campaigns (Remote) to support one of our US-based clients. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, campaign execution, and marketing coordination across blogs, emails, and funnels.

You will transform approved strategies and transcripts into polished deliverables, coordinate creative production, and track deadlines while aligning with client voice and messaging. Remote work aligns with US hours and tight guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing multiple marketing deliverables and campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM and email-marketing platforms.
• Able to adapt content to different client voices and messaging.
• Work independently within established processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit blogs, website content, emails, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Turn transcripts and source material into finished marketing content.
• Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels.
• Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, and work-streams.
• Create clear briefs for designers and contractors.
• Manage revisions and track deadlines and inputs.
• Maintain content libraries and workflow documentation.
• Perform self-QA for accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
• Follow approved messaging and client brand voice.
