Job summary

Delegate CX in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based Implementation Specialist to support a U.S.-based e-commerce company. You will configure storefronts, customize experiences, and translate brand guidelines into responsive websites using HTML and CSS.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HTML/CSS, experience with CMS or e-commerce platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely. This remote role offers permanent WFH, EST hours, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, Web Dev, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
Experience with a CMS or e-commerce platform is required.
Strong hands-on HTML and CSS with responsive page creation.
Ability to translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and design requirements into functional web experiences.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and launch client e-commerce storefronts.
Become a subject matter expert on the Liftoff Commerce platform and its capabilities.
Translate brand guidelines, wireframes, and design mockups into polished storefronts.
Build and customize web experiences using HTML and CSS.
