Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a DCX Client Services – Home‑Based Implementation Specialist to configure and launch client storefronts on the Liftoff Commerce platform. This role focuses on translating brand guidelines into responsive storefronts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and building web‑to‑print templates with Pageflex.

You will collaborate with Account Management and internal teams, test features, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Overnight U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in web development, e-commerce implementation, web production, or platform configuration; CMS or e-commerce platforms experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or U.S. hours.
• HTML/CSS with CSS Grid and Custom Properties; JavaScript knowledge; strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Magento, Shopify, Four51 or similar; XML, APIs, and integrations familiarity.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Pageflex, or InDesign Server; training on Pageflex Studio provided.
• Experience using JIRA or similar platforms; Zapier or low-code/no-code tools familiarity.
• Graphic or web design experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert on the Liftoff Commerce platform and its capabilities.
• Configure, customize, and launch client storefronts on Liftoff Commerce.
• Translate brand guidelines and designs into polished storefronts using HTML/CSS.
• Use CSS techniques (Grid, Custom Properties) for responsive experiences.
• Utilize JavaScript for storefront customizations as needed.
• Build web-to-print templates using Pageflex and related tech.
• Collaborate with Account Management and internal teams to align with requirements.
• Interpret brand standards and design specs accurately.
• Test new platform features and participate in QA for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
• Manage multiple implementations and meet deadlines.
• Identify process improvements for workflows and docs.
• Support policies and best practices; contribute to special projects.
