Globaltize is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead paid customer acquisition, Shopify optimization, and organic search growth for an indie beauty brand.

The role combines hands-on performance marketing with strong Shopify know-how and a data-driven approach to increasing online sales. You will collaborate with leadership and a creative team to enhance advertising performance, improve the shopping experience, and drive sustainable revenue.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing Meta ads for ecommerce with strong ROAS.
• Proficient in Shopify storefront management and optimization.
• Proficient in SEO and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for ecommerce.
• Develop paid acquisition strategies to improve ROAS and ROI.
• Manage and optimize Shopify storefront operations.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.
• Analyze marketing metrics and translate insights into actions.
