RemoteVA seeks a proactive Brand Launch & Optimization Manager to onboard and optimize new brands on Amazon and Walmart. You will lead launch strategies, improve listings, monitor performance, and coordinate inventory and reporting for scalable growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic transition of brands to ongoing account management. Remote position with EST alignment and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts.
• Strong ecommerce operations knowledge and best practices.
• Experience launching, optimizing, or scaling ecommerce brands.
• Familiarity with inventory management and business software systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets with reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and growth of newly acquired brands on ecommerce marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Track sales, profitability, and key marketplace metrics; build reports.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Document processes for smooth transitions to account managers.
