Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace is required (Amazon is a MUST; Walmart is a MUST).
• Proficiency with inventory and business management software is a MUST.
• Strong Google Sheets proficiency is required.
• Understanding of eCommerce operations, product listings, inventory management, and marketplace optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch newly acquired brands across eCommerce marketplaces.
• Optimize product listings, storefronts, and brand assets to maximize visibility and sales.
• Manage onboarding and growth for each brand during the first 180 days.
• Monitor brand performance and implement profitability strategies.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing brands as needed.
• Coordinate catalog setup, listings, pricing, and inventory readiness.
• Track KPIs and report brand progress regularly.
• Maintain records and data using Google Sheets and business software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful launches and improvements.
• Resolve listing, inventory, and marketplace performance issues.
• Hand off brands to long-term account management after growth phase.
