Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an E-Merchandising Specialist (Wholesale) to audit digital shelves, package seasonal assets, and monitor partner launches for timely site integrations.

You will optimize content, coordinate with wholesale partners, and track performance to support brand visibility and conversions, all within a remote mid-shift setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital merchandising and e-commerce audits.
• Strong attention to PDP descriptions, swatch accuracy and asset quality.
• Understanding of how premium brand storytelling drives engagement and conversions.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data tracking and mapping, and PowerPoint for partner decks.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale Site Audits: evaluate brand shop-in-shops, navigation, search visibility and PDP assets.
• Asset & Content Distribution: package and share seasonal assets, metadata and marketing collateral.
• Execution Monitoring: track partner launch schedules and ensure assets go live on time.
• Digital Shelf Optimization: identify gaps and coordinate updates with partners.
• Benchmarking & Action Plans: compare to brand guidelines and set follow-up actions.
• Roadmap & Reporting: document partner performance and best practices for strategy.

Your Role

As a E-Merchandising Specialist (Wholesale), you will:

• Wholesale Site Audits: Conduct routine digital shelf audits across priority wholesale platforms, evaluating brand shop-in-shops, navigation pathways, search visibility, PDP asset accuracy, and campaign banners.
• Asset & Content Distribution: Prepare, package, and distribute seasonal product assets, copywriting, metadata, and marketing collateral to wholesale partners for timely site integration.
• Execution Monitoring & Tracking: Track partner launch schedules, ensuring promotional assets, brand stories, and product listings go live accurately and on schedule.
• Digital Shelf Optimization: Identify content gaps, outdated assets, or customer journey bottlenecks on partner sites and coordinate corrective updates.
• Benchmarking & Partner Action Plans: Benchmark partner e-commerce presentation against corporate brand guidelines and provide structured feedback and follow-up action items.
• Roadmap & Best Practice Reporting: Maintain documentation on partner digital performance, recurring content issues, and execution best practices to inform future commercial strategy.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• E-Merchandising & Digital Shelf Expertise: Proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce site audits, and managing brand visibility on partner platforms.
• PDP & Asset Audit Skills: Sharp eye for detail in reviewing high-volume Product Detail Pages (PDPs), product descriptions, swatch accuracy, and visual merchandising assets.
• Commercial & Brand Balance: Demonstrated understanding of how premium, story-driven digital merchandising impacts consumer engagement and conversion rates.
• Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (data tracking/mapping), MS PowerPoint (partner presentation decks), and digital auditing platforms.
• Partner & Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage multi-partner content delivery timelines and cross-functional communication simultaneously.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior background in luxury fashion, apparel, premium retail, or consumer lifestyle wholesale e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) for basic asset resizing, cropping, and format adaptation.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo).
• Fluency in English plus additional European languages (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) for regional partner coordination.
