Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to create, edit, and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta platforms. You will transform raw UGC into high-converting DR ads, manage volume, and meet aggressive weekly targets.

This is a fully remote role with opportunities to shape campaigns for DTC products in the pet space. You should have 3+ years of experience with direct response editing, Meta ads, and a strong AI-enabled workflow.

Qualifications

• Fully remote work setup and ability to collaborate asynchronously.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert.
• Comfortable producing 8 ad briefs per week.
• Ability to balance volume with high-quality outputs.
• Experience running AI-driven workflows in editing.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and direct-response video ads.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with consistency.
• Iterate weekly on top-performing ads to improve results.
• Ensure videos are on-brand, visually compelling and meet instructions.
• Stay updated on trends and editing styles for native-feeling ads.
• Collaborate with the creative strategy team to bring concepts to life.
