Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to join our team. You will edit, produce, and manage multiple paid ad creatives for Meta platforms, transforming raw UGC into high-converting DR ads that scale across our channels.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years of experience and deep DTC video editing skills, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Premiere Pro and Meta VSLs. You will work closely with the founders to drive growth, maintain high-volume output, and stay ahead of evolving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in direct response video editing for DTC brands.
• Proven experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with short and long-form Meta VSLs.
• Ability to produce high-volume outputs (8 ad briefs per week).
• Fully remote role; fluent in English.
• Willing to work overtime on weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week.
• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Iterate weekly on top-performing ads.
• Ensure ads are on-brand and visually compelling.
• Stay ahead of social media and UGC trends.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with edits and new hooks.
