Pitch-perfect in Premiere/After Effects with an AI-forward workflow, you will deliver multi-variant edits across 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1, while overlapping US business hours for a fully remote, long-term contracting role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing video ads for DTC/ecom brands.
• Portfolio of performance-oriented work that converts.
• Expert-level in Premiere and/or After Effects; CapCut/DaVinci a plus.
• Strong grasp of direct-response editing: hooks, pacing, captions, CTA.
• Ability to ship high-volume, test-ready edits quickly.
• AI-native: familiar with generative video, AI voiceover, and AI b-roll.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-volume video ad creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Execute quickly from briefs; deliver 5 hook variants fast.
• Cut for hook and hold; stop scroll in first 2 seconds.
• Produce multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) and iterations.
• Assemble raw footage into finished, high-retention ads.
• Design captions and sound to be legible with sound off.
• Iterate based on performance feedback and testing results.
• Use AI video tools to scale output without quality loss.
• Deliver production-ready, organized export-ready files.
