KittySpout is seeking a Direct Response Video Editor to manage multiple ad projects focusing on paid Meta ads (VSLs, short and long form). You will transform raw UGC into high-converting direct response videos, delivering volume with quality while aligning to the brand’s performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience editing direct response videos for DTC brands.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form Meta VSLs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of direct response principles and data-driven feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Produce 8 ad briefs per week with high volume and quality.
• Collaborate with the creative strategy team to bring ad concepts to life.
• Review scripts for hooks and direct-response elements; optimize for conversions.
• Stay updated on trends and maintain brand consistency across videos.
• Deliver consistent, on-brand ads that scale across paid channels.
