Job summary

Ultatech in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs Assistant to support after-hours testing operations. You will schedule events, coordinate with the On-Site Collector Network, and ensure records are accurate and compliant with regulations.

You will work under the Senior Director, Near-Site Operations, and handle communications with client employers, testing results, and administrative duties to keep programs running smoothly in a remote-capable setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as Travel Virtual Assistant or related role.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRMs or client management tools and remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug testing events for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with On-Site Collector Network and communicate testing logistics.
• Maintain accurate confidential records of all testing activity and documentation.
• Communicate results to designated employer contacts and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with downtime tasks like downloading results, generating letters, and updating files.
