Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is hiring a Drug Test Analyst to perform specimen collection, result encoding, and coordination with DOH IDTOMIS for drug testing.

The role requires a Medical Technology degree, PRC licensure as an RMT, and a Drug Test Analyst certification, with at least 2 years in a primary laboratory. Biosafety certification is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology.
• Current PRC license as a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT).
• Drug Test Analyst certification.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory.
• Biosafety certification, HIV counselor (preferred).
• Basic computer skills with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collects specimen and encodes results.
• Executes drug test services using DOH IDTOMIS for drug testing.
• Maintains the availability of validated drug test kits and supplies.
• Carries out drug test kit validation with DOH.
• Prepares documents for confirmatory drug testing and coordinates with the laboratory for patient endorsement and payment.
• Verifies the completeness of every patient's Custody and Control Form (CCF) and guides the patient through the testing procedure.
• Observes efficient Turn-around Time of reports and updates daily census of all drug tests performed in the facility.
• Ensures proper hazardous waste disposal and cleanliness of the testing area.
• Responsible for External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) program of drug testing.

About the role

A Drug Test Analyst executes drug test services using equipment and software authorized by DOH Integrated Drug Test Operations and Management Information System (IDTOMIS) for drug testing. The role involves specimen collection, result encoding, and coordination with confirmatory laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Collects specimen and encodes results
• Executes drug test services using equipment and software authorized by DOH IDTOMIS for drug testing
• Maintains the availability of validated drug test kits and supplies
• Carries out drug test kit validation with DOH
• Performs investigations following SOP of Manual of Operations for Screening Drug Testing Laboratories
• Prepares necessary documents for confirmatory drug testing and coordinates with the confirmatory laboratory for patient endorsement and payment of confirmatory test
• Verifies the completeness of every patient's Custody and Control Form (CCF) and navigates patient through the drug testing procedure
• Observes efficient Turn-around Time of reports and updates daily census of all drug tests performed in the facility
• Ensures maintenance of proper hazardous waste disposal and cleanliness of drug testing/waterless toilet area
• Responsible for External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) program of drug testing

About you

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology
