Job summary

Health Maintenance, Inc. (HMI) on-site in Makati is hiring a Medical Technologist with 1–3 years of experience. The role requires a degree in Medical Technology, licensure as a Medical Technologist, and certification as Drug Test Analyst. You will perform laboratory procedures, collect specimens, and ensure timely, accurate results.

Familiarity with the DOH IDTOMIS system and DOH drug testing permit/documentation is preferred. Office-based duties and collaboration with the HR team are included.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Technology is required.
• Licensed Medical Technologist with Drug Test Analyst certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience and ability to perform lab procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
