Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Licensed Medical Technologist (preferred).
• Certification in drug testing or toxicology is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and drug testing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform drug testing procedures (urine, blood, and/or saliva analysis) in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation of specimens.
• Maintain chain-of-custody procedures to ensure sample integrity.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately.
• Prepare and submit timely reports of findings.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory environment.
• Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or non-compliance issues.
• Assist in audits and quality control procedures.
