Job summary

Arcanys is hiring a Drone Partnerships & Sales Development Representative to build and manage a global network of drone pilots and partners, driving new inspection opportunities.

You will engage pilots and companies across international markets, qualify partners, communicate our technology, and advance partnerships through outbound outreach and CRM.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years in sales or partnerships, fluency in English, and comfort working with diverse stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, partnerships, lead generation, or related outbound role.
• Professional knowledge of the drone industry and operations is required.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline management.
• Experience working with international markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage professional drone pilots, operators, and drone companies across international markets.
• Qualify potential partners based on experience, equipment, certifications, geographic coverage, and capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drone professionals, company owners, and potential partners.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls, clearly communicating the company's technology and partnership opportunities.
• Identify potential inspection projects and commercial opportunities through partners' networks.
• Manage partner and sales opportunities through the CRM with regular follow-ups and clear next steps.
• Identify gaps in geographic coverage and develop the drone network in priority markets.
• Represent the company professionally when engaging with operators, owners, and senior decision-makers.
