Job summary

Arcanys is seeking a Drone Partnerships & Sales Development Representative to grow a global network of drone pilots and partners from the Philippines. You will qualify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and identify inspection projects across international markets.

You will engage pilots and companies, communicate service benefits, and manage opportunities through CRM while working fully remotely. English is required; Spanish or French is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, partnerships, lead generation, recruitment, or another outbound role.
• Professional experience or strong working knowledge of the drone industry is required.
• Good understanding of drone operations, equipment, certifications, inspection applications, and operator capabilities.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, discovery calls, relationship development, and pipeline management.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to recognize business opportunities.
• Comfortable communicating with individual drone pilots as well as company owners and senior decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Attio, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with international markets is an advantage.
• Background in drone inspections, aerial imaging, surveying, photogrammetry, infrastructure, engineering, geospatial technology, PropTech, or ConTech is a plus.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage professional drone pilots, operators, and drone companies across international markets through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and other channels.
• Qualify potential partners based on their experience, equipment, certifications, geographic coverage, operational capabilities, and suitability for inspection projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drone professionals, company owners, and potential strategic partners.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls and clearly communicate the companys technology, inspection services, and partnership opportunities.
• Identify potential inspection projects and commercial opportunities through partners existing client networks.
• Manage partner and sales opportunities through the CRM, ensuring accurate records, regular follow-ups, and clear next steps.
• Help identify gaps in geographic coverage and develop the drone network in priority markets.
• Represent the company professionally when communicating with drone operators, business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
