Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of privacy and compliance to guide AI training for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, perform ROPA reviews, and draft notices and DPAs, ensuring regulator and customer scrutiny standards are met.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement with a strong emphasis on precision and written communication. We are looking for 5+ years of experience in data privacy/regulatory compliance and expert-level document

Qualifications

5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
Lead privacy and regulatory governance for professional document outputs and data handling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.
