Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced privacy managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, ROA, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, plus expert-level document craftsmanship.

Work is fully remote with a flexible 5–20 hours per week, at a compensation rate of $90 per hour. Start date ASAP and alignment with a privacy-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and gdpr/ccpa gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support DPIAs and records of processing activities, and assess privacy risks for AI training data.
• Draft and review privacy notices and vendor DPAs to withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.

We're looking for privacy managers with 5+ years in data privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance functions to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: data protection impact assessments, records of processing activities, gdpr/ccpa gap assessments, privacy notices, vendor data-processing agreements, and breach notification protocols.

Compensation: $90/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
