Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: regulatory-filing and disclosure review, memos on AI and model-risk governance, compliance-policy drafting, and control-testing documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence and board risk committee materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment in all outputs.
