Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced compliance analysts to help train an AI model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll own drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, and control-testing documentation while delivering high-quality materials with strong attention to detail.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, and compensation at $100/hour. Prior financial services experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Review regulatory filings, compliance policy, control-testing documentation and regulator correspondence.
• Contribute to governance memos and board-level risk committee materials.
