Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned compliance analysts to help train a foundation AI model on professional documents. You'll own DPIAs, RoPA, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and craft privacy notices and vendor DPAs with accuracy and regulatory scrutiny.

Strong written communication and meticulous document, spreadsheet, and slide work are essential. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
