Advantage HQ is hiring a Director of Data & Analytics to shape the data foundations for a multi-channel creator-led growth platform. You will lead data strategy, governance, and analytics across the organization, partnering with leadership to improve decision-making and performance.

You will build scalable analytics systems, mentor analysts, and drive measurement excellence across paid media, creator partnerships, and client outcomes while fostering a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling data and analytics functions.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse skills.
• Experience with BI tools Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Marketing analytics and attribution know-how.
• Experience with large datasets and ETL/ELT processes.

• Build data and analytics foundation to support multi-channel growth.
• Translate data into actionable insights for strategy and performance.
