Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking an experienced Director of Data & Analytics to shape data strategy and build scalable analytics infrastructure. You will lead performance measurement, governance, and data-driven decision making across marketing, partnerships, and operations.

You will mentor analytics professionals, partner with engineering to improve data pipelines, and drive forecasting, experimentation, and data-informed decisions in a fully remote, international setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution, and e-commerce performance.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks to support a multi-channel org.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for strategy, media performance, and partnerships.
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities across paid media, creator partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Create scalable analytics systems; reduce manual work and speed decision-making.
• Lead and develop analytics staff; set expectations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align analytics with business goals.
