Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands. We seek a Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data strategy, analytics function, and measurement infrastructure across the business.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into performance, strengthen decision-making, and scale data capabilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, performance analytics, or a related field with leadership experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and performance measurement processes.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, paid media measurement, attribution, customer acquisition, and e-commerce performance.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple platforms and business systems.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data quality management.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing analytics professionals.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an agency, DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, or high-growth technology environment is valuable.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, or marketing measurement solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the data and analytics foundation with infrastructure, reporting standards, and analytical frameworks for a multi-channel organization.
• Improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability so teams rely on trustworthy information.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to inform business strategy and media performance.
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities across paid media, creative, creator partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Build scalable analytics systems and reduce manual work through dashboards, automation, and integrations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop data analysts, analytics engineers, and related team members.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align analytics priorities with business objectives.
• Establish a data-driven operating culture with clear KPI definitions and reliable reporting.
