Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a seasoned Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data strategy and measurement infrastructure. You will partner with leadership to improve visibility into performance, scale analytics, and connect data to business outcomes across a multi-channel environment.

You will own data quality, pipelines, dashboards, and attribution, while mentoring analytics professionals and fostering a data-driven culture that informs strategic decisions and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering or related leadership roles.
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function.
• Strong SQL and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems for growth.
• Proven ability to translate insights for senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

• Build the data and analytics foundation with scalable infrastructure and standards.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for strategy and performance.
• Develop measurement, attribution, and reporting capabilities across channels.
• Create scalable analytics systems, improve pipelines, dashboards, and integrations.
