Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking an experienced Director of Data & Analytics to lead data strategy, analytics, and measurement infrastructure for a fast-growing, creator-led growth organization. You will build scalable analytics capabilities, establish standards, and drive data-informed decision-making across media, partnerships, and operations.

You will mentor analytics professionals, partner with leadership, and evolve processes to turn data into meaningful business outcomes and improved performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering or related field including leadership
• Experience building or scaling a data and analytics function
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting systems and performance measurement processes
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation or marketing measurement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure, reporting standards and analytical frameworks to support a growing organization
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights supporting business strategy and performance
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities across paid media, creative and customer acquisition
• Lead and develop analytics teams including analysts and engineers
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align analytics priorities with business objectives
• Establish a data-driven operating culture with clear KPI definitions and reliable reporting
