Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division. The role oversees delivery across the full value chain and coordinates with Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption to drive adoption and measurable business value.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of IT project leadership, PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience, including 2–3 years managing IT projects or workstreams in complex delivery environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey delivery status, risks, dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across the full value chain from validated intent to operational readiness.
Coordinate Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
Maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones and forecasts.
Facilitate governance forums and provide delivery insights.
Support readiness planning including communications and training.
Ensure adoption and sustained value realization.
