Job summary

World Vision in the Philippines seeks a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives in the Delivery Centre of Excellence. You will drive value-led digital capabilities, coordinating across Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption to enable adoption and measurable business outcomes.

With 5+ years' experience, you will manage end-to-end delivery, influence governance forums, and ensure readiness, risk controls and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience, including 2–3 years IT project management.
• Experience leading delivery activities or workstreams in complex environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the full value chain from validated requirements through release and readiness.
• Coordinate Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to Delivery CoE standards and operational readiness.
