Job summary
World Vision International is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division. You will ensure investments translate into usable digital capabilities delivering measurable business value.
You will oversee end-to-end delivery across the value chain, coordinate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and engage with business partners,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related discipline.
- 5+ years in IT project delivery, with 2–3 years leading complex projects.
- PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Agile or hybrid delivery certification preferred (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Change management certification desirable (PROSCI or equivalent).
- Proven ability to guide delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of strategic digital initiatives.
- Translate investments into usable digital capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end value chain from requirements through release.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Engage business partners, delivery teams, and vendors to foster collaboration.
