Job summary

World Vision International seeks a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence. You will translate approved business investments into value-led digital capabilities, guiding from validated requirements through build, QA, release, and readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery within complex environments, strong stakeholder engagement, risk and governance, and change management to ensure adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience, including 2–3 years managing IT projects in complex delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery activities with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey delivery status, risks, and dependencies to tech and non‑tech stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of organisational change and adoption considerations.
• Ability to operate in matrixed organisations and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) and Agile/hybrid delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across the Delivery CoE value chain from validated intent through build, QA, release, and readiness.
• Coordinate Business Analysis, Engineering, QA, and Change & Adoption.
• Ensure adoption-ready deliverables and sustained value realization.
• Maintain delivery momentum by managing dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
• Support readiness planning including communications, training, and transition.
• Provide governance through Steering Committees and delivery reviews.
• Develop integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, resources, and forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Identify and manage delivery risks; facilitate issue resolution.
• Coordinate vendor contributions to align with milestones and outcomes.
• Apply Delivery CoE standards and drive continuous improvement.
