Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Digital Project Manager to lead website design and development projects for clients across industries.

You will coordinate kickoff through launch, manage timelines, and ensure SLA adherence while collaborating with designers and developers in a fully remote, international team. You will act as the main liaison for clients, perform QA on deliverables, manage ongoing website support requests, and continuously improve workflows to meet quality

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2+ years of digital project management in an agency setting.
• Experience with website design, development, or ongoing website support.
• Experience tracking budgets, hours, scope, and SLAs.
• Familiarity with digital agency workflows and client service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate website design and development projects from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for website project clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and coordinating client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Perform QA reviews of website deliverables to confirm they meet project requirements before client review or launch.
• Manage daily website requests for ongoing support clients by receiving, clarifying, documenting, and prioritizing them, turning them into actionable tasks for developers, and managing the production queue to meet SLAs.
• Monitor open requests, QA completed work, flag requests outside a client’s agreement, communicate project risks and capacity concerns to leadership, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation.
