DOXA is seeking a highly organized Digital Project Manager to oversee website design, development, and ongoing client support. The role focuses on coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring deliverables meet SLAs.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a digital agency setting, with strong English communication and the ability to work fully remotely from the Philippines. EST daytime hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of digital project management in an agency setting.
• Experience with website design, development, or ongoing website support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate website design and development projects from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for website project clients, providing updates and coordinating feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Perform QA reviews of website deliverables to confirm they meet project requirements before client review or launch.
• Manage daily website requests for ongoing support clients by receiving, clarifying, documenting, and prioritizing them, turning them into actionable tasks for developers.
• Monitor open requests, QA completed work, flag requests outside a client’s agreement, communicate risks and capacity concerns to leadership.
