Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a digital agency setting, with strong English communication and the ability to work fully remotely from the Philippines. EST daytime hours apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate website design and development projects from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for website project clients, providing updates and coordinating feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Perform QA reviews of website deliverables to confirm they meet project requirements before client review or launch.
• Manage daily website requests for ongoing support clients by receiving, clarifying, documenting, and prioritizing them, turning them into actionable tasks for developers.
• Monitor open requests, QA completed work, flag requests outside a client’s agreement, communicate risks and capacity concerns to leadership.

The Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager. This role is designed for a proactive communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate roadblocks, and keep website projects and client requests moving forward efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in managing website design and development projects from kickoff through launch, as well as daily website requests for clients who rely on the agency for hosting and maintenance, coordinating with designers and developers to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Location: Must be in The Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
Contract: Full Time

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience managing digital projects in an agency setting, involving website design, development, or ongoing website support; experience tracking project budgets, hours, scope, and service-level agreements preferred; familiarity with digital agency workflows and client service agreements preferred.
• Skills: Experience using project management software such as Asana or a comparable platform; working knowledge of WordPress, including website administration, content management, and website QA (no coding required); excellent written and verbal communication skills when coordinating between clients and technical team members; familiarity with website hosting, maintenance, plugins, and common WordPress issues a plus; working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, and lead generation, a plus.
• Characteristics: Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple projects and deadlines; strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough quality assurance; proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and follow-through; able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with a fully remote team.

• Coordinate website design and development projects from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and task assignments, and build and maintain project plans in Asana or comparable software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for website project clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and coordinating client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Perform QA reviews of website deliverables to confirm they meet project requirements before client review or launch.
• Manage daily website requests for ongoing support clients by receiving, clarifying, documenting, and prioritizing them, turning them into actionable tasks for developers, and managing the production queue to meet SLAs.
• Monitor open requests, QA completed work, flag requests outside a client’s agreement, communicate project risks and capacity concerns to leadership, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation.
