Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our UK-based client, a distributed digital marketing consultancy. The role focuses on executing and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and delivering client-ready reports across multiple accounts.

Must reside in the Philippines and be able to work 3:00 PM–12:00 AM Manila time, Monday–Friday. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing, direct Google Ads management, proficiency in GA4/Looker

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment.
Adept at managing Google Ads campaigns directly.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a strong plus.
Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Experience creating clear, client-ready reporting and performance summaries.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Campaign management: optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) campaigns.
Support Meta Ads campaigns with audience builds, testing, and performance analysis.
Assist with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B and lead-gen clients.
Build and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio; analyze data and summarize insights.
Prepare client-friendly updates, reports, and talking points for reviews.
Collaborate with distributed teams and adapt to a fast-paced remote setting.
