Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years hands-on Ad Operations experience.
• Experience delivering structured training, onboarding, coaching, or formal knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training for Ad Operations in classroom and virtual environments.
• Develop training materials, practical exercises, assessments, SOPs, job aids, or educational content.
• Translate workflows and client requirements into clear training content and maintain version control.
• Administer knowledge checks, document results, and provide feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
