Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Training Specialist (Google Ads) to prepare employees for accurate, compliant digital advertising operations. This remote, work-from-home role delivers training, develops materials, and coordinates with clients and partners to translate workflows into learning content.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Ad Operations, hands-on training experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum two years hands-on Ad Operations experience, including campaign setup/trafficking, QA, monitoring, reporting, optimization.
• Experience implementing or delivering structured training/onboarding/coaching.
• Hands-on experience with at least one listed advertising platforms (Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to create spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training for Ad Operations in classroom and virtual settings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team leads on client-specific and platform-specific training.
• Create training materials, exercises, assessments, SOPs, and job aids; ensure materials reflect current processes.
