Job summary

Childcare Marketing Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to move campaigns forward, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage timelines and deliverables for client work.

You will translate strategy into scheduled tasks, align strategists, media buyers, designers, and copywriters, and ensure every project stays on schedule and on brief, within budget where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, project management or similar operations role.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing including paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and landing pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, or deadlines at once.
• Comfort reading campaign metrics and translating status into clear updates.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into scheduled, tracked tasks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with strategists, media buyers, designers, copywriters, and operations teammates.
• Manage project timelines, dashboards, and status reports.
• Chase blockers, missing assets, and approvals to keep projects moving.
• Keep trackers and status reports up-to-date for the team.
