Job summary

SMDigital-PH is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end email campaigns aligned with business goals. You will support Account Managers in organizing timelines, assets, and deliverables, while developing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and conversion.

You will write compelling copy, manage lists and segmentation, monitor performance, and translate data into improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• A detail-oriented coordinator who keeps campaigns on track.
• Solid copywriting skills for emails people open and read.
• Analytical mindset using performance data to improve campaigns.
• Collaborative teammate who works with creative, content and account teams.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Support Account Managers in organizing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables.
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Write and edit compelling email copy reflecting brand voice.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ensure all campaigns are tested, proofread, and QA'd before deployment.
• Stay current with email marketing trends and deliverability best practices.
