Staff X - Offshore Staffing is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordination professional to own the full content lifecycle from planning to performance analysis. You will manage a monthly calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and weekly EDMs, creating roughly half the content yourself and coordinating the rest through a network of creators.

This is a remote, full-time role aligned with health and wellness branding.

Qualifications

• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Klaviyo experience preferred; similar platforms acceptable.
• Canva and CapCut proficiency or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Broad digital marketing knowledge and alignment with health/wellness brands.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar one month in advance, covering Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and weekly email campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Create approximately 50% of all content independently, including social media captions, short-form video content, and email copy.
• Coordinate the remaining 50% of content with recipe developers, influencers, and UGC creators using established briefing guides and coordination systems.
• Manage influencer and creator relationships via email and online outreach to keep content flowing and delivered on schedule.
• Upload and publish content to Shopify for website and e-commerce purposes at a content management level.
• Manage workflow and project coordination through Asana, including receiving briefs, commenting on work in progress, and tracking deliverables to completion.
• Conduct monthly performance analysis across social media and email marketing, contribute to end-of-month review sessions, and apply those learnings directly to the following month's content plan.
