Job summary

AffinityX is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Consultant) to join our Digital Marketing Services team. You will coordinate digital advertising campaigns from prep to launch and collaborate with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years of solid BPO experience, familiarity with online advertising, and excellent English communication. You will support ad implementation, testing, and performance optimization, while adapting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience, preferably in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with online advertising campaigns, banner ads, or ad implementation.
• Experience in online advertising environments (publisher or agency).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, website support, or creative technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns from preparation to launch.
• Work with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Review advertising materials to meet campaign requirements and specs.
• Assist with ad implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor campaign progress and manage timelines, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with campaign reporting and performance optimization.
