Dycorp Group is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to bolster Dycorp Advertising and NSGI initiatives in Quezon City. You will drive digital advertising, content planning, and lead generation while supporting sales through compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

The role requires 2+ years of marketing experience, strong English copywriting, and hands-on work with Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Collaboration with Sales is essential for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.
• Knowledge of campaign planning, budgeting, lead generation, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans, campaign proposals, and budget recommendations for both brands.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook (Meta) and Google advertising campaigns.
• Maintain social media content calendars and create engaging marketing copy.
• Execute seasonal campaigns, product promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
• Prepare sales presentations, product catalogs, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibits, client events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Sales to support lead generation, prospect engagement, and business development.
• Monitor campaign performance, advertising expenses, leads, and marketing results.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.
