Job summary

AffinityX is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Consultant) to join our Digital Marketing Services team. You will coordinate digital advertising campaigns from prep to launch and collaborate with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years of solid BPO experience, familiarity with online advertising, and excellent English communication. You will support ad implementation, testing, and performance optimization, while adapting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience, preferably in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with online advertising campaigns, banner ads, or ad implementation.
• Experience in online advertising environments (publisher or agency).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, website support, or creative technologies is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of solid BPO experience, preferably in customer service or technical support

• Experience working in an online advertising campaign environment, such as a publisher or agency
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with ad‑serving platforms, website support, or creative technologies is an advantage
• Amenable to working night shifts and Philippine holidays
