Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Ad Operations Lead to act as the subject matter expert for Digital Ad Operations. You will support client discussions, design solutions, and ensure delivery readiness across campaigns.

You will lead discovery conversations, translate client needs into scalable solutions, and coordinate with Delivery, Recruiting, Sales, and other teams to ensure successful campaigns and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital advertising experience, mainly in ad operations.
• 3–5 years of BPO experience.
• Strong understanding of digital ad ops, QA, tracking, and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate client requirements into operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to understand campaign objectives, platforms, and trafficking needs.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital marketing solutions.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, QA, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide delivery teams on setup, trafficking, tracking, reporting, and escalation.
